Whose hand reached up at the end of the Boondock Saints II?

I noticed when the SWAT team arrived at Louie's garden at the end of
the movie that a gloved hand reached up and was grasped by one of the
officers. It looked like it might have belonged to Noah, but he was
supposed to be dead. Was it Romeo? Someone please clear up this
uncertainty!
Never mind. Romeo had the gloves on. Noah was barehanded. :D
